Michael is working as an independent consultant since 1995 with special focus on M&A, strategic development, licensing in & out and marketing & sales. He has managed various M&A projects and executed licensing agreements for international as well as mid-sized pharmaceutical companies in Germany and Europe. Prior to his consultant role, Michael worked 20 years in various functions up to head of marketing and sales at E. Lilly, Abbott, Temmler and Pfleger. Michael is a chemist by training.
